Problem With Language Toggle Key - Guild Wars Forums

Hi guys

I play in an American District and up to just now I could type English characters. Just now when I was lagging real bad I must have keyed in some combination that set my text characters to Chinese only. I can still see everything being typed in English, only I can't reply. I ran a search on GuildWiki and I found this update about something called a "Language Toggle Key" (http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Game_updates/20050616) Anyone know how I can fix this plz?
